Privacy Policy

Nitor is a photo-editing app developed and operated by Sidar Angün ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Nitor handles when you use the app, and what we do (and don't do) with it.
The short version
- Your photos never leave your device. All editing runs locally on your phone using bundled presets. We never upload, store, or see your photos.
- We don't ask you to create an account. No email, no password, no profile.
- We don't run ads and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
- Payments and subscription state are handled by Apple, Google and RevenueCat — see below.
Information we handle
Photos you edit
When you pick a photo from your library, Nitor reads it directly on your device to apply the look you selected. The photo is processed by the app locally (GPU shaders + colour lookup tables bundled inside the app) and is not sent to any server operated by us or by anyone else. Exported photos are saved to your device and only shared further if you explicitly choose to share them through iOS/Android's share sheet.
Subscription information
Nitor Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment and billing are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your card number, billing address, or Apple/Google ID.
To know whether your subscription is currently active, Nitor uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat generates a random anonymous identifier for your app installation and uses it to verify the receipt Apple or Google issues for your subscription. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information you have given to Nitor. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Diagnostic information collected by the app stores
Apple and Google may collect crash reports and basic usage statistics about the app. This happens at the platform level; the data is provided to us only in aggregate form by Apple/Google and cannot be linked to an individual user. You can opt out of sharing this data in your device's system settings.
Information we do not collect
- We do not run advertising SDKs and we do not track you for advertising purposes.
- We do not have an analytics SDK that identifies individual users.
- We do not access your contacts, location, microphone, or calendar.
- Camera access is not requested.
Permissions the app asks for
- Photo library access — required so you can pick a photo to edit. Access is only used at the moment you tap to pick a photo.
Children
Nitor is rated 4+ on the App Store and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If a parent or guardian believes that we have inadvertently received personal information from their child, please email us and we will act on it.
Your rights
Because Nitor does not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is no user record for us to access, correct, or delete. For information held by RevenueCat, Apple or Google, please contact them directly using the links above or in their respective privacy policies. Users in the EU/UK (GDPR) and Turkey (KVKK) have the additional right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be surfaced inside the app before they take effect.

Nitor, Sidar Angün ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen bir fotoğraf düzenleme uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığında Nitor'un hangi bilgileri işlediğini ve bu bilgilerle ne yaptığını (yapmadığını) açıklar.
Kısa özet
- Fotoğrafların cihazından hiç çıkmaz. Tüm düzenleme, uygulamanın içine gömülü preset'lerle telefonunda yerel olarak yapılır. Fotoğraflarını sunucumuza yüklemiyor, saklamıyor, göremiyoruz.
- Hesap oluşturmanı istemiyoruz. E-posta, şifre, profil yok.
- Reklam göstermiyoruz ve seni başka uygulama/site'lerde takip etmiyoruz.
- Ödeme ve abonelik durumu Apple, Google ve RevenueCat tarafından yönetilir — aşağıda detay var.
İşlediğimiz bilgiler
Düzenlediğin fotoğraflar
Galerinden bir fotoğraf seçtiğinde Nitor, seçtiğin look'u uygulamak için bu fotoğrafı doğrudan cihazında okur. Fotoğraf, uygulama tarafından yerel olarak (uygulamanın içine gömülü GPU shader'ları ve renk arama tabloları ile) işlenir; bizim veya başka birinin işlettiği herhangi bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Dışa aktardığın fotoğraflar cihazına kaydedilir ve yalnızca sen iOS/Android'in paylaşım menüsünden açıkça paylaşırsan paylaşılır.
Abonelik bilgileri
Nitor Pro, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ödeme ve faturalandırma tamamen Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından yürütülür. Kart numaranı, fatura adresini veya Apple/Google ID'ni almıyoruz.
Aboneliğinin aktif olup olmadığını bilmek için Nitor, RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) hizmetini kullanır. RevenueCat, uygulama yüklemen için rastgele anonim bir tanımlayıcı üretir ve Apple ya da Google'ın verdiği aboneliği doğrulamak için bu tanımlayıcıyı kullanır. Bu tanımlayıcı; isminle, e-postanla veya Nitor'a verdiğin herhangi bir kişisel bilgiyle ilişkilendirilmez. RevenueCat'in kendi gizlilik politikası: revenuecat.com/privacy.
App Store'ların topladığı teşhis bilgileri
Apple ve Google, uygulama hakkında çökme raporları ve temel kullanım istatistikleri toplayabilir. Bu, platform seviyesinde gerçekleşir; veriler bize yalnızca Apple/Google tarafından toplulaştırılmış (aggregate) biçimde ulaşır ve bireysel bir kullanıcıya bağlanamaz. Bu paylaşımı cihazının sistem ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.
Toplamadığımız bilgiler
- Reklam SDK'sı çalıştırmıyoruz, reklam amacıyla seni takip etmiyoruz.
- Bireysel kullanıcıları tanımlayan bir analitik SDK'mız yok.
- Rehberine, konumuna, mikrofonuna veya takvimine erişmiyoruz.
- Kamera izni istemiyoruz.
Uygulamanın istediği izinler
- Fotoğraf galerisi erişimi — düzenlemek üzere bir fotoğraf seçebilmen için gereklidir. Yalnızca fotoğraf seçme anında kullanılır.
Çocuklar
Nitor, App Store'da 4+ olarak derecelendirilmiştir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulama, bilerek hiç kimseden kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Bir ebeveyn veya vasi, çocuğundan kişisel bilgi aldığımızı düşünüyorsa bize e-posta atsın, hemen işleme alırız.
Haklarınız
Nitor, sunucularımızda kişisel bilgi toplamadığı veya saklamadığı için erişebileceğimiz, düzeltebileceğimiz ya da silebileceğimiz bir kullanıcı kaydımız yok. RevenueCat, Apple veya Google'da tutulan bilgiler için lütfen onlarla doğrudan iletişime geç (yukarıdaki bağlantılardan). Türkiye'de bulunan kullanıcıların KVKK, AB/İngiltere'de bulunan kullanıcıların GDPR kapsamında yerel veri koruma otoritesine şikayette bulunma hakkı da vardır.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Uygulamanın bilgi işleme şeklini değiştirirsek bu sayfayı güncelleyip yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde de bildirilecektir.
