Your data never leaves your device. Protocol: Rewire stores all personal information — including sensitive habit and health data — exclusively on your device using Hive and SharedPreferences. There is no server, no cloud sync, no account required.
This Privacy Policy describes how Protocol: Rewire ("the App"), developed by Sidar Angun, handles information when you use our iOS application.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
All of the following data is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party (except as described in Section 4 for subscription management).

Some categories of data you may enter — such as substance use, PMO habits, or mental health mood logs — are considered sensitive health information. This data is treated with the highest level of care:
In Apple's Data & Privacy framework, all data collected by Protocol: Rewire falls under "Data Not Linked to You" — meaning no data is associated with your Apple ID or any personal identifier. The only exception is purchase information processed through RevenueCat (see Section 4).
Protocol: Rewire offers an optional "Doomscroll Shield" feature built on Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks). If you choose to enable it, you select which apps on your own device you want to restrict access to, and the App helps you stick to that limit.

There is no Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Crashlytics, or any other analytics/telemetry SDK in this App.
The App uses two third-party services solely for subscription and payment management:
RevenueCat is used to manage premium subscription status and validate in-app purchases. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous customer identifier to verify your subscription. This identifier does not contain any personally identifiable information.
RevenueCat may process: subscription status, purchase date, and product identifier. This data is used solely to unlock premium features — it is not used for advertising or profiling.
RevenueCat Privacy Policy →All payments are processed directly by Apple via the App Store infrastructure. Protocol: Rewire never receives or stores your payment card details. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Neither storage method sends data to external servers.
Protocol: Rewire is rated 4+ on the App Store. The App is designed for adults seeking to break harmful habits and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the App, please contact us at angunsidar@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Because all sensitive data is stored locally on your device, the security of your information depends primarily on your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We strongly recommend keeping your device secured.
For the limited data processed by RevenueCat, that service implements industry-standard security measures. See their privacy policy for details.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the App.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde, bu sayfanın en üstündeki "Son güncellenme" tarihini değiştireceğiz. Önemli değişiklikler için seni Uygulama üzerinden de bilgilendirebiliriz.
Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, gözden geçirilmiş politikayı kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
