Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Sidar Angün ("we", "us") about your use of the Nitor mobile application. By installing or using Nitor, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app
Nitor is a photo-editing app. It applies pre-designed colour looks ("presets") to photos you choose from your device. Some presets are free; the rest are available through the Nitor Pro subscription.
We may add, remove, or change presets and features from time to time. Free presets are not guaranteed to remain free forever, though we will give reasonable notice before moving an existing free preset behind the subscription.
Nitor Pro subscription
- Nitor Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) at the confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Deleting the Nitor app does not cancel the subscription — you must cancel it in the store settings.
- Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app before purchase and may differ by country.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies; we do not process refunds directly.
What you may and may not do
You may use Nitor for personal and commercial photo editing. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the presets, colour lookup tables, or shaders for redistribution or resale.
- Rebrand or repackage the app or its assets as your own product.
- Use the app to create content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes on someone else's rights.
Your content
Everything you edit stays yours. We do not receive, store, or claim any rights over the photos you process with Nitor. See the Privacy Policy for details on how the app handles your photos (spoiler: locally, on your device).
Third-party services
Nitor uses Apple, Google and RevenueCat to process purchases and verify subscription status. Your use of the App Store, Google Play or those services is also subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer
Nitor is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app working reliably, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything arising out of your use of Nitor is limited to the amount you paid us for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will surface a notice inside the app. Continuing to use Nitor after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Nitor mobil uygulamasını kullanımına ilişkin seninle Sidar Angün ("biz") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Nitor'u yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma.
Uygulama
Nitor bir fotoğraf düzenleme uygulamasıdır. Cihazından seçtiğin fotoğraflara önceden tasarlanmış renk look'ları ("preset"ler) uygular. Bir kısım preset ücretsizdir; geri kalanı Nitor Pro aboneliği ile erişilebilir.
Preset'leri ve özellikleri zaman zaman ekleyebilir, çıkarabilir veya değiştirebiliriz. Ücretsiz preset'lerin sonsuza kadar ücretsiz kalacağı garanti değildir, ancak mevcut ücretsiz bir preset'i aboneliğin arkasına almadan önce makul bir bildirim yaparız.
Nitor Pro aboneliği
- Nitor Pro, aylık veya yıllık dönemlerde sunulan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
- Ödeme, satın almanın onaylanmasıyla Apple ID (App Store) veya Google hesabından (Google Play) tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı fiyat ve süreyle otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Aboneliği istediğin zaman cihazının abonelik ayarlarından (App Store veya Google Play) yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Nitor uygulamasını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez — mağaza ayarlarından iptal etmen gerekir.
- Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada yerel para biriminle gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir.
- İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikaları çerçevesinde yürütülür; iadeleri doğrudan biz işlemiyoruz.
Neleri yapabilirsin, neleri yapamazsın
Nitor'u kişisel ve ticari fotoğraf düzenleme için kullanabilirsin. Yapamayacakların:
- Preset'leri, renk arama tablolarını (LUT) veya shader'ları yeniden dağıtım ya da satmak amacıyla tersine mühendislik yapmak, decompile etmek, çıkarmak.
- Uygulamayı ya da varlıklarını kendi ürününmüş gibi yeniden markalayıp paketlemek.
- Uygulamayı yasadışı, taciz edici veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden içerik üretmek için kullanmak.
İçeriğin
Düzenlediğin her şey senin. Nitor ile işlediğin fotoğraflar üzerinde hiçbir hak talep etmiyoruz, onları almıyoruz, saklamıyoruz. Gizlilik Politikası'nda uygulamanın fotoğraflarını nasıl işlediği anlatılıyor (özet: cihazında yerel olarak).
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Nitor; satın alma işlemleri ve abonelik doğrulaması için Apple, Google ve RevenueCat'i kullanır. App Store, Google Play veya bu hizmetleri kullanımın onların kendi koşullarına da tabidir.
Sorumluluk reddi
Nitor "olduğu gibi", herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın sunulur. Uygulamayı güvenilir tutmak için elimizden geleni yapıyoruz, ancak her zaman hatasız veya kullanılabilir olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Nitor'u kullanımından doğan her şey için sorumluluğumuz, talebin ortaya çıktığı andan önceki on iki ay içinde uygulama veya abonelik için bize ödediğin miktarla sınırlıdır.
Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklik yaparsak uygulama içinde bildirim gösteririz. Güncelleme sonrası Nitor'u kullanmaya devam etmen, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu, ikamet ettiğin ülkede geçerli olan zorunlu tüketici koruma haklarını etkilemez.
